Week 12 is here, and I've finally completed my Genius hour project. The product is done and has been placed in my blog, and I couldn't be happier to see all of the hard work finally come together. In terms of what's next, it would be to not let this go to waste and to continue to practice everything I've learned. If I stop now, all the hard work and new learning will go to waste. I have to keep at it, continue to cook, learn new recipes, and refine my skills more and more. Only then can I truly become a good cook. It's going to take time, but it's something I want quite a bit, and something I'm more than willing to keep working at. I learned a lot about myself during the course of the 12-week project. For one, I actually do have the capacity to cook and cook something decent. I was able to put together numerous tasty meals that my family and my girlfriend all got to enjoy.
